STEP 1 : BOOK YOUR FREE 15-MIN CONSULTATION

STEP 2 : DISCUSS YOUR GOALS AND PREFERENCE (VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON)

Set a date and a time to meet and discuss a treatment plan for your unique therapeutic goals. This may include discussing the cadence of your session, such as weekly or biweekly. 

STEP 3 : BEGIN PERSONALIZED PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSIONS

Fill out and return all the required intake and consent forms. To help you prepare for sessions both emotionally by organizing your goals and to ensure a deep understanding of practice policy (confidentially, cancellation policy, billing, etc.).
